What to look out for
Number of people
Allow 70 to 80 cm of table width per person, and at least 90 cm of free space around the table so chairs can be pulled out.
Acoustics
A bare room with a glass wall echoes. Ceiling islands, a rug or acoustic wall panels take out that reverberation.
Power and data
Build power and data into the table itself. Cables across the floor are a trip hazard and look untidy.

Decide in advance where the screen will go, because that determines the shape and position of the table.
